It has two cash generating units (CGUs): the Operating Brands CGU and the Search Marketing CGU. Its Operating Brands business includes International and Australian marketing and communication services. It has offices or affiliates in Auckland, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Glasgow, Houston, Madrid, Melbourne, Milan, Munich, Paris, San Francisco, Tokyo and other markets. The Company's subsidiaries include Enero Group UK Holdings Pty Limited, Enero Group UK Limited, BMF Holdco Pty Limited and Brigade Pty Limited.
